When companies want to create their marketing media plan first they decide which type of media they want to consider and knowing which type of media are beneficial for their company to compete their competition.
There are many type of media to reach the right group such as social media like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and twitter television video media, print media like newspaper.
But now a day’s company mainly focus on social media which is more effective to reach the right target audience, because 90% of consumer is available on social media.
Social media:
Social media is one of the modern channels that companies can use to target their right audience. Which include so many platform such as Facebook, YouTube, Quora and more. Today, majority of companies focusing on social media platforms to make most of their profit by attracting users from their product content on this social media platforms.
In this era Social media is very effective it is necessary for companies to have their presence on social media to gain the target audience faster and maintain their customer loyalty by continuously engaging them to their content.
Facebook is the most used social network that allow companies to provide detailed geographic, demographic, and personal information, allowing marketers to convey their messages to what is most likely users want. Facebook also provide paid marketing which allow user to choose their objective, target audience and format according to their budget.
Quora: is a platform where people socialize through the question answer share their experience review about the product or anything which help user to user interaction to get engaged with company’s product or services.
YouTube: is the best way for companies to communicate their message through visual attraction to their wide audience because YouTube is most attractive and creative way to get more customer.
Television media including YouTube:
Television is one of the most common and expensive media channels for marketers, because majority have TVs in their homes but now mobile is more effective to watch the advertisement anywhere, today companies are also moving toward advertise their product content through YouTube ad and online videos which is more effective than television. Companies also can now display their web commercials on various websites to connect with audiences online.
Google Ads:
Google is the world’s largest search engine. Brands run ads also known as PPC (Pay per click) ad on relevant keywords, so that their website shows up on those keywords. Google ads are one of the effective way to drive huge relevant traffic on your website.
Print media:
Print media, like newspapers, magazine, and billboards are one of the oldest media channels for businesses. It's difficult for businesses to measure the effectiveness of newspaper ads, especially compared to digital media. Lastly, unlike magazines, newspapers have a short impact on user and are often forgotten at the end of the day.
Radio Media:
A major challenge of radio advertising in today era is that listeners are often concerned while listening to the radio they may be driving, working, etc. The radio is only via audio. This makes it harder to catch the audience's consideration and the absence of a visual channel makes it harder to present the product to the user.
